This Christmas we offer three options of gifts that you might purchase for a friend or relative as a unique present.

Health is always important and finding out 'how well you are' can be a good way to start the new year. Having a test gives you a benchmark of your health status and for some and encouragement to better look after themselves.

Option 1: This is a comprehensive blood test to check many of the body's main functions and is a good starting point. Following the blood test is a 15 min phone consultation with the GP to discuss the results and possibly suggest any further treatment or lifestyle changes.

Option 2: This is a more comprehensive assessment in-person with a GP for 45 mins, including a full Medical History, Lifestyle review, Physical examination, Spirometry-lung function, ECG, Urinalysis, Blood tests (kidneys, liver, cholesterol and lipid profile, full blood count) and a 15-minute phone follow up consultation to discuss results.

Option 3:  This Platinum Health Screening is an excellent way of having a clear picture of your current health. Areas of potential concern can be highlighted and addressed before they cause health issues in the future. Equally, it is always an advantage to detect symptoms and signs of illness early to have the best chance of successful treatment.
